Clerical Administration: Under direct supervision, performs routine sorting, filing, and cross referencing of materials and documents in an established filing system, investigates information contained in files and may provide written information on request and perform other clerical duties. Maintains and updates files according to standard procedures. Applies basic skills and procedures appropriate for the position within assigned functional area. Duties and tasks are standardized. Resolves routine questions and problems and refers more complex issues to higher levels. Works under direct supervision and follows standard procedures to accomplish assigned tasks. This position can apply broadly across the organization and could exist in many functional areas/departments of a company. Incumbents typically have less than two years experience.
